Hey! I just read some of your blog and I think its a great idea to write about your weight loss journey! First of all, congrats on all of your success so far! And don't get discouraged about the little .2 gain. If you are exercising more than you normally do, then you are building muscle. And muscle weighs more than fat! When I started C25K, I gained about 3lbs in the first 2 weeks. It was so frustrating, but I kept at it and then the pounds began to fall off. Just keep pushing yourself, and you'll see results. It takes time...thats why its called a journey! Good luck!!
